December 4, 2006 (rescheduled from November 16)
Have you been experiencing declining enrollment and closing of buildings? The closing of a building and declining enrollment does not mean that we can have poor quality of programs or dirty buildings. Hear from the team of Saginaw Public Schools: Superintendent, Curriculum Director, Business Manager, Facilities Director and School Board President. Each person will share their piece of the pie on how to keep a district growing even when the numbers are declining. An attorney will also join in the team and share her perspective on what is happening in the state. Districts with low foundation allowances, high foundation allowances, small and large districts are challenged with this issue. She will share her views and experience to help you deal with this in your district. Bring your own team and strategize by watching this Webinar at either a site or at your computer.
