Registration for this event provides Michigan ASCD an AUTHORIZATION OF IMAGEand RECORDING RELEASE and authorizes the event organizers permission to take photographs, video images, and voice recordingsof all registrants, and also gives the event organizers permission to put the finished images and recordings to any legitimate use they deem proper. Further, the registrant relinquishes in perpetuity any right, title, or interest the registrant may have in the finished images or recordings and grant the event organizers the right to use the imagesand recordings.
