The Year Begins with Useful Workshops and Programs
We rang in the New Year just three weeks ago. Many of us celebrated with toasts to a new year and made our list of resolutions. I recommend adding to your list investing in your personal growth by making the commitment to learn new skills, get up to speed on the latest issues in education, or obtain your MIEM School Administrative Professional Certification (SAPC) or Michigan School Business Officials (MSBO) certification.
MIEM provides detailed workshops and programs that help you grow on a personal level, as well as provides information that you can take back to your school district and share with your colleagues. Most courses cover major points about respective topics, offer an opportunity for questions and discussion, and provide resource information for future use. Our programs also provide the opportunity for you to network with peers and talk about challenges and solutions to the many issues you may face in your school district.
There are some great events slated over the next few months. Take a look at our Calendar of Events and sign up today.
Make it work in 2011!
